A Senior Bangladeshi Programmer and Consultant. I have about 30 years of work experiences of which 13 years in management of development projects and programs, and the later 17 years in the field of social research. My expertise includes planning, designing, coordination and implementation management of medium to large scale programs, and conducting formative as well as action researches. The sectors which I worked with include Community Managed Health, Water Supply Sanitation and Hygiene, Child Rights and Protection, Human Rights, DRR, Nutrition & SRHR, Governance, and Environment & Climate Change Adaptation. While working as program manager and coordinator with grassroots to large organisations like DASCOH and Care International I used to deal with program planning, and implementation management along with M&E, complex partnership management, tracking of program progress, financial and staff performance audits, HR and organizational development, program documentation, learning and donor reporting.

By March 2022, I have performed about 50 evaluation consultancies of projects and programs in DRR, WASH, and Child Rights. The major clients included were Save the Children, Max Foundation BCO, Plan International Bangladesh and Canada, OXFAM, Work Bank, DFID, DANIDA, Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, NARRI Consortium, Islamic Relief Worldwide, WaterAid, ILO, UNDP, UNESCO, UNICEF, and several government ministries and departments.
