Key qualifications:

Reading a PhD Education Management and Policy Studies, have a MSc Strategic Management as well as BEd in Technical and Vocational Training

Have more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of Education Sector with specialization in: Technical, Entrepreneurial and Vocational Education and Training (TEVET), TVET data collection and analysis, Formulating TVET policy principles and statements, M&E of TVET program etc.

Have proven experience in EU funded projects implementation, monitoring and evaluation programs with excellent skill in drafting programming documents for the EU in the field of TVET.

Have enormous experience in sub-Saharan Africa, especially in Malawi and Botswana.

Have an outstanding communication and report writing skill along with the excellent command over Chichewa, Tumbuka and English languages.
