With over 20 years of professional experience, including pivotal leadership roles, he specializes in corporate finance, banking, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation. He is more and more involved in Artificial Intelligence training and practical developement.

As the CEO and founder of Altavo Partners SAS in France, Dr. AYADI provides cutting-edge advisory services to financial institutions and international organizations. His tenure includes serving as Chief Business Analyst at Capgemini, where he led a team of 400 consultants, and as CIO of a Paris-based bank, orchestrating a transformative core banking overhaul. He also served as an Independent Director and Board Member of a semi-public North African bank, advising on governance and strategy, and dealing with Government representatives, including local Central Bank. As a supervisor overseeing six Sub-Saharan African banks subsidiaries of an European global bank, he supported their pluriannual transformation roadmap and driven significant changes in business and organization.
