Local Prime Capacity Building Experience: (NPI & J2S Development Strategy):
Bringing over 21 years of direct experience working with and strengthening the capacities of local organizations in the area of resource mobilizations, proposal management, lead writer, funding opportunity tracking and overall Organizational capacity support and development. Collaborated with several local, regional organizations to perform tasks related to market intelligence gathering reports, BD strategy plans, proposal manager lead roles, lead technical writer, TA support on USAID bids, strategic partnership advisor to LIPs, Support PDL and main monitor and support for USAID Technical and Cost Applications. Led the BD, proposal management (Tech & Cost applications), graphic support and lead writer efforts for Prime Locals in Kenya (USAID RMNCH - $60 million), Mozambique (USAID CORAGEM -$6 million), Tanzania (USAID LILED -$18 million), Zimbabwe (USAID Care & Treatment $70 million and DREAMS $ 70 million), including Mozambique (USAID PASSOS & COVIDA ~ $50 million each), Zimbabwe (CDC HIV/Care & Treatment-$250 million) and Malawi Tlll (USAID Food Security- $25 million).
