My name is Melkamu Kefyalew. I have MPH and BSc Nursing, with total work experience 17 years.  From working at health facility, head of PHCU, RMNCH Coordinator at menschen fur menschen and up to head of woreda health office at Babile woreda and now nutrition focal at Harari Regional Health Bureau.

During this time, I have acquired experience and skills in Organize training and mentoring activities and RMNCH program at regional level, organizational capacity assessment, leadership and communication skills . And also, in leading programs activities of Nutrition, family health, Surveillance, Immunization Programme (EPI), and CMAM in East Harargehe zone of Babile woreda.

In addition, I have experience in project implementation and coordination, Monitoring and evaluation and proven experience in community participation as well as mobilization.   Furthermore, working in integration and partnership with NGOs and GOs  as well as to work with diverse team and in community will help me to support and contribute my part to your organization to achieve its mission and to develop my career.
