I am a education consultant and researcher  based in Oulu since 1996. I have a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Churchill College, Cambridge University and PhD in Educational Sciences from Oulu University. I have taught courses at Oulu University to in-service teachers on sustainability and development theory and practice as well as educational equity issues. I have also taught International Baccalaureate Economics and Theory of Knowledge at high schools in UK, Kenya, Japan and Finland. In addition been a consultant and director of international projects on education for sustainability in Europe and Asia.
