Grants Officer August 2016 – To Present

Support the development of sub-contracts and sub-grant documents in compliance with funder requirements, using Pact standard templates and working closely with Pact HQ Agreement Management team to execute quality sub awards.

Support the Grants Manager in administering the full cycle of sub-award management activities, from solicitation through selection, pre-award assessment, negotiation, monitoring/compliance visits, and closeout.

Ensure that all required documentation is available and stored as per Pact policy.

Support budget management of project’s sub-contract and sub-award pool working with the Finance Manager. Work closely with the Grants Manager to ensure accurate and timely disbursement and liquidation of sub-award expenses.

Maintain a sub-grants matrix in concurrence with the Grants Manager 

Support timely training of sub-contracts and/or sub-grantees and Pact staff to understand and comply fully with funder requirements. Develop training materials and carry out regular trainings with partners.

Ensure that office systems for grants administration are maintained and that regular reports are provided to Pact headquarters or the funder as required.

Provide inputs to the development and/or update Country Office GUC/Sub-awards Manual in compliance with Pact HQ guidance.

Support closeout of awards, including preparation of final inventories, property disposition, etc.

Work with Program to ensure project implementation in compliance with donor requirements
