The socioeconomic specialist (5-year advanced degree in International Relations) holds 16 years of experience as advisor, project manager and evaluator of projects and programmes in Africa, focused on youth, gender and fragile contexts.  

Life experience in China, Tunisia and Côte Ivoire, the expert has worked with civil society for 5-years as a project manager of operations commissioned by EuropeAid and 10-years with the African Development Bank in the Human Development Department; Fragile States Unit; and Independent Evaluation Unit. Independent Evaluations with bilateral agencies, as well as communications and knowledge management work, with a Renewable Energy Investment Fund, complement the experience presented above.
