As an industrious and result driven professional with extensive experience in Project management and community development, I am passionate about participating in activities that seek to help communities grow and achieve their economic and social potential. Most of my experience has been in the programme sector ensuring that project are delivered as per the objectives is taken seriously in the urban and rural parts of Somalia. Some of the roles I have handled across the different roles I have undertaken include; supervising staff, mobilization of the community and formation of the community committee, Government ministries, supervising the implementation of project in Emergency at south central Somalia, implementing work plans and conducting robust reporting and M&E tools to help ensure the continuous running of a projects objectives. I have also been able to successfully design, implement, and refine, monitoring, and evaluating systems and procedures to track progress and achievements against planned program outcomes. Additionally, I possess strong analytical and evaluation skills, excellent communication skills, highly organized, familiar with multit asking, developed critical thinking and decision-making skills and have experience in position of leadership. I am now seeking to secure a position where my project management and community development experience can be utilized in improving the lives of marginalized communities
