● Conducted desk review to assess the past and current development context in Burundi.

● With input from sector teams, crafted and validated with the USAID/Burundi mission, the Results Framework (RF) Summary. Following feedback of the RF from WDC-based subject matter experts, prepared responses and updated the base document.

● Designed a mix-method approach for in-country and virtual consultations with key constituents including USAID program beneficiaries and implementing partners, government officials, civil society organizations, donors, and the Burundi Diaspora. Data was collected through workshops, key informant interviews, focus-group discussion, and a web-survey.

● Coordinated with Program Officer to draft, circulate and validate USAID/Burundi’s draft multi-year Strategic Framework.
