About
- 16 years of professional experience in the field of grant programme development and management in the roles of Programme Manager, Head of Department, Planning Expert, Project Coordinator and Finance Manager within the scope of multi-stakeholder projects financed by different donors under various grant programs,
- Vast experience in terms of managing grant programs on several themes and topics such as SME’s access to finance, SME capacity building, financial literacy, global value chains, consumer protection, SME’s market access, entrepreneurship trainings for women, single window development vocational education programs for the disabled, as well as digital skills improvement for youth and children
- Lead and supported the development of incubator and accelerator programs particularly for women and for small businesses and the clustering initiatives.
- Coordinating and monitoring the project activities, mobilizing and managing international and local teams of experts, and delivering all grant program inputs in a timely and effective manner through respecting ToR requirements and contract management procedures,
- Carrying out monitoring, quality control, assessment and reporting for grant programs
- Ensuring the visibility of grant programmes and dissemination of information (website, study visits, publications and presentations),
- Excellent knowledge of Project Cycle Management (PCM) and PRAG Rules,

- Extensive experience in preparation and evaluation of Logical Framework, Technical Proposals, as well as project proposals,

- Ensuring close budgetary follow-up for project activities and expenditures, in accordance with the procurement rules and regulations of different donors,
- Coordinating regular meetings, international conferences and seminars as well as study visits related to the project activities and accordingly designing related materials and meeting programmes for beneficiaries and stakeholders,
- Drafting and submitting inception, interim, progress and final reports of projects and ensuring their approval under grant programs,
- Extensive experience in working with public agencies, international institutions and NGOs
- Making social and technical consultations with local actors- local public administration/authorities/ institutions and public for generating active participation,
- Monitoring the time, scope, quality, resource, communication and procurement management of the project based on PMI principles,
- Recent extensive experience in mobile health service provision to host and refugee populations in the fields of filiation, immunization (for COVID-19 and other diseases), reproductive health practices, counselling on family planning as well as mental health and gender based violence,
- Recent experience in working with Ministry of Health as a beneficiary particularly with DG of Public Health Department of Women and Reproductive Health and Department of Migrant Health,
- Experience in project administrative and technical implementation of donor funded projects,
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management in donor funded projects.
