• Over 18 years of experience in international cooperation on security and justice through technical assistance projects and programs. Specific expertise in gender and justice issues, social cohesion and legal protection of vulnerable groups. Wide ranging expertise and competence in all the stages of project cycle, particularly in the EU framework.
• Leadership and experience in team management given by my positions as Project Manager and General Coordinator of COMJIB (Teams up to 15 people) for 10 years.
• Remarkable ability to adapt to different professional environments, effectiveness in achieving results and proven experience in the coordination of international teams.
• Over 4 years as expatriate in developing countries as manager of Rule of Law Programs (Latin America and Africa).
• Good communication skills acquired through teaching and as facilitator in conferences, workshops and working meetings.
• Organized, facilitated and presented more than 250 training and informative activities, working meetings and international conferences on public policies, social cohesion, development, justice and gender, carried out in Latin America, Europe and Africa at institutional and academic forums. Among other, could be highlighted: XIX and XIX Plenary Assembly of Ibero-american Ministers of Justice ( 2015, 2017) and Annual Meetings of EUROsociAL Program ( 2007-2009).
