Project implementation

- Oversaw and supervised community-based tuberculosis care project in 13 project areas in Mandalay Region, Sagaing Region, Southern, and the Northern Shan States in Myanmar Strategic implementation

- Initiated new activities and expanded new project areas for controlling TB

- Developed/ updated Standard Operation Procedures to ensure consistent standards and practices within the project

- Developed/ updated training packages for staff and volunteers both in Burmese and English language Monitoring and evaluating

- Monitored and evaluated overall project activities, and project indicators and took action accordingly

- Assisted in effective and efficient M&E system development

- Provided technical input for digital health transformation Financial management

- Monitored and oversaw the project budget are using according to the work plan, the organization’s financial policy and guidelines, and the requirements of Donor

- Assisted Program Director in budget reprogramming, budget allocation, and financial planning Human resource management

- Mentored and coached Project Managers in their development of work plans, implementation of project activities, and supports in the management of problem shoots Report writing
