I have graduate qualification in forestry from the PNG Unitech, Lae, with five (5) years programme management and 12 years technical role experiences within the NGO environment. In total I have 17 years of work experience in managing multi-programmes and projects. My work involved policy advocacy and capacity building for improved policy practices in sustainable natural resource management, biodiversity research, conservation areas planning & management, environment education awareness, environment management and sustainability practices in agriculture and forestry sector. And building resilience on key cross cutting issues such as climate change, health, gender, for example; develop climate smart alternative livelihood and create enterprise market linkages for tourism, agriculture and forestry commodities, and ensuring social safeguards measures in programmes and promote community development across priority seascapes and landscape programmes. My engagement at different stakeholder levels had seen positive impact, driving sustainable development goals and strong working relationship with local communities, civil society organization and Provincial Governments in Madang, Sepik, Central, Southern Highlands, Hela, Gulf and Western Provinces of PNG.
