Management of Development Projects

Designed assessment tools and interventions for Non-governmental Organizations through workshops on teaching methodologies, managerial / business skills, and gender issues among others. Supervised working teams for development projects in rural areas working with indigenous population (Andes- Quechua speakers). Worked mainly in environmental, health, and educational projects.

Social Research

Involved in research design and implementation for government and private projects for different organizations. Worked for the foremost research company in Peru: Grupo Apoyo, for more than 5 years in urban and rural (Coast and Andean) areas.
