I am an experienced development sector professional having worked on the designing, managing and leading various donor funded programs on economic growth, agribusiness, women empowerment, value chain development, access to finance, youth work force & skills development, job creation and education reforms. During my career, I have developed several research reports, strategy documents, concept notes and proposals for the private sector, public sector and donor agencies, which were effectively used for information sharing, business development and publications. I have been involved in organizing various trade exhibitions, study tours, seminars, workshops, roundtables and focus group discussions during my career. I have also worked on developing communications materials, success stories, progress reports, blogs, media campaigns for various projects.  Similarly, I have experience in designing research tools, M&E systems, Key Process Indicators (KPIs) and on developing budget documents, cost estimation, compliance & audits. I have also developed a number of strategic private sector partnerships and public private partnerships and mobilized private sector resources for the projects.

Apart from working for development projects and INGOs, I have also worked directly with the private sector organizations on different positions, which includes organiztions such as Standard Chartered Bank, BearingPoint, Jaffer Consulting, Tradekey, Systems Innovations, Telstra Australia, ANZ Bank Australia during my career.

I have an MBA degree from Pakistan and Masters in eBusiness degree from Australia. I believe that my communications and analytical skills are excellent. Also, I consider myself computer savvy.
