Confident, efficient, organized, disciplined, dedicated and innovative man working with Nkhamenya Girls Secondary School as an Administrative Officer responsible for preparing hiring reports, enhancing customer care, carrying out competitive analysis, serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators, aassist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts and maintain calendars of the HR management. I am also working with the NKHAMENYA MISSION HOSPITAL as a Board Member responsible for monitoring hospital’s services, programs and financial resources, establishing policies based on governance system of the hospital, ensuring that the vision, mission and goals of hospital are observed, ensuring that all assets of the hospital are kept in good order. I also worked with WORLD VISION as a Field Monitor responsible for facilitating the community engagement project, data collection, monitoring of the delivery, distribution, documentation and field level reporting associated with food assistance project and coordinating with the Relief Committees and NGOs. Finally, I worked with law film named MTUPILA & COMPANY as an Assistant Administrator. I have high degree of proficiency in modern media and community mobilisation besides that, knowledge of the role of the Public Affairs Section in Malawi , well conversant with a number of Computer statistical Packages, donor project proposal writing, presentation and reporting.
