Loveth is a PRINCE2 certified practitioner and a public health specialist with a decade of work experience strategically responding to public health concerns and impact of crises, illiteracy, poverty, culture and poor governance in Africa through research, monitoring, evaluation and learning. My expertise is in data collection, field and data management, capacity building of project/program teams, project management and gender mainstreaming.

As a Monitoring and Evaluation, Research, Learning, and Accountability (MERLA) Expert, Loveth has established effective results-based M&E systems for projects and research studies on multiple donor-funded projects e.g. MacArthur Foundation, World Health Organization, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, GIZ, DFID, and the government of Nigeria. Across the region of Africa, Loveth provides technical guidance on how to design and implement functional M&E systems to donor-funded organizations.

As a certified Project Manager, Loveth deploys her project management skills by providing oversight functions to the planning, design and implementation of projects and organizational strategic plans and leads evaluation and results based-management teams, seeks out and develop new M&E funding opportunities, for evaluations and other pieces of analysis work primarily within the area of capacity building in research communications.

Loveth has core competencies around digital tools assessment results-based project management, systems strengthening, project quality assurance, mixed-method studies, Performance Reporting Systems, Data Collection and Analysis (i.e., SPSS, STATA, Excel, ODK, ArcGIS, Kobo Tool Box, ONA, Tableau, Power BI, ATLAS Ti, Nvivo). Loveth has an advanced degree in Public Health with special interests in epidemiology, biostatistics and health promotion.
