About
My main professional and research interests are at the intersection of labor and development economics and public policy, particularly in designing and evaluating policy interventions related to skills formation, TVET programs, and labor intermediation. I am a Senior Research Fellow at University College London (UCL); a Research Associate at the Oxford Department of International Development (ODID\Young Lives), and an Associate Research Fellow at the Centre on Skills, Knowledge, and Organisational Performance (SKOPE) at the University of Oxford; and an Honorary Associate Professor at the Institute for Employment Research at the University of Warwick. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Essex.
