She was previously the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of world class construction and development organisation and has worked in the policy and educational sectors having functioned with some of the most successful organizations on the field and managed portfolios worth billions of dollars in the United State of America, United Kingdom, and Sub-Saharan Africa. An astute business manager with keen interest in using technology to enable and standardize organizational processes. A value-driven leader and human capital developer, with an eye for talent discovery, acquisition, and retention, who believes in entrepreneurship as catalyst for national development. Kemi excels in business strategy and planning, policy formulation and implementation, real estate, asset management, commercial contracting, administration, and compliance. She is also currently a board member of a non-profit organisation and an advisory board member of some organisations. Her varied experience in different continents has exposed her to people and individuals from different cultural, religious, and ethnic background. They have also sharpened her skill set and broaden her horizons. Kemi graduated from the University of Wolverhampton with an LLB (Hons) in Law, Masters of Business Administration from Lagos Business School and Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria having been called to the Nigeria Bar Association. She lived and worked in Minnesota (USA), Texas (USA), London (UK), Abuja (Nigeria) and is currently based in Toronto, Ontario.
