Career synopsis revolves on risk control self-assessment, business continuity management, cross/up sales, client relationship management, revenue collection, accounts reconciliations, portfolio analysis and project implementation. Based on RCSA, ERM, BCM, KYC /AML, I managed to Act as the Financial Intelligence Center (FIC) which enabled my team to achieve 100% No fraud reported at the branch.

Some of the achievements include implementing budgetary targets, cross sales and monitoring controls which reduced overhead expenditures expenses by 25%. Other areas of exposure include debt collection using alternative dispute resolutions, project management, training and implementation.

Based on the inherent risk, coordinate resolution of issues with cross functional teams  and investigate the risk exposure based on audit trails and develop regulations to mitigate the gaps. This led to exemplary clientele management and recommendations for the branch customer service with 86% retention rate after merger.
