A Social Development Expert with over 13 years of experience of international and regional development cooperation in gender
equality and women´s empowerment, social inclusion, health systems strengthening and related sectors.

• Experience in developing and applying gender analysis tools, integrating gender equality issues. in programming cycle and projects with a focus on supporting livelihood empowerment initiatives.
• Strong experience engaging with bilateral and multilateral donors in Ghana from 2015 to date in sectors of health, gender and social protection.
• Experience in managing large and multi-context interventions and providing regular inputs into project programming documents, project reports and Results Frameworks in the sectors of health, social protection and gender and approval of operational aspects of these documents.
• Experience in negotiation processes involving government, civil society and development partners with experience in managing multi-stakeholder and multi-country interventions in line with a number of regional and international Agreements.
• Project management experience with interventions financed and co-financed by the European Commission, International IDEA, ECOWAS Gender Development Centre, UNFPA, UNDP, Government of Ghana, European Investment Bank and GIZ with in-depth knowledge of operational and contractual processes of the European Commission.
