Preparing Project implementation plans and execution and coordination of activities at different levels ,preparing and reviewing detailed engineering designs and cost estimates for all civil works subprojects,assisting land acquisition and environmental assessments for infrastructure subprojects, and preparing, implementing, monitoring and reporting on mitigation plans.preparing subproject tender documents, carrying out the tendering of all civil works subprojects, and administering contracts.,Supervising, monitoring and reporting, including cost and quality control, the implementation of all civil works subprojects,executing the Project arrangements for stakeholder participation in rural and urban infrastructure development, , implementing, monitoring and reporting on operation and maintenance action plans for rural and urban infrastructure. Monitoring and reporting of actual physical and financial progress compared with the work plans, taking prompt action to address problems arising, and maintaining the Project implementation schedule.
