About
I am a first generation immigrant and a fully naturalized U.S. Citizen. My expertise is in analytical chemistry and education but I have took time off to volunteer at an NGO in Ethiopia named Pastoralist Concern and am currently teaching and helping write policy for Amoud University. I have also been a part of Amoud Foundation fundraising to build hospitals and also fund the University. My mentor and I started our own consulting firm that assisted our clients from formulation to ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 certification. So I am fully schooled on the industry of manufacturing. I would say I am cordial and introverted and tend to deescalate situations at work if I can. But, I am also very ambitious and completely honest. So, if an employee, colleague, or supervisor's story is not adding up I will address it in the moment. I am not afraid of uncomfortable conversations it is just part of life. My core tenant is WHY. I am a curious person so I read a lot about physics, the egyptian pyramids, the economy, and history because usually you can find a pattern, except in physics and the possibly advanced race of Egyptians before an extinction level event happened. I do not believe all of these things and stay open minded and am willing to change my opinion when presented with hard evidence and admit I was wrong. That is the thing about science, each generation thinks certain things are setteled science but a new discovery either disproves the former theory or modifies it in some way. That is how I look at the world. I would like to thank you for your time and consideration.
Best Regards,
Guled Kalib
