Key Expert-2 (Sector Expert) : The duty station of Sector Expert is Van. The Sector Expert will be specifically responsible from the "Conducting Analysis for the Selected Sectors in the Region to Determine Curriculum and Consultancy Services", "Development of the Business Plan and Service Delivery Manuals for the CUAs" and planning and monitoring of "Delivery Training and Consultancy Services". I will also be specifically responsible for improvement of service quality.
