As an attorney, consultant and legal advisor on women’srights at a national level in Brazil, I bring both practicalexpirience and knowledge to the gender equality and social inclusion agenda. My profile combines academic achievements and professional expertise, with a high level of pliability, gained through implementing various projects on that field for the past 8 years.

On the academic level, my focus has been on interdisciplinary and dinamic terms since Law School. My bachelor’sandmasters at the University of São Paulo (USP), one of the best in the world, revolved around fundamental rights, landholding regularization, legal education, history of law and sociology. Currently, my doctorate sets on violence studies and the intersection of the two vulneral groups: women and children, at the Studies and Research Group on Psychosocial Development and Intervention(GEPDIP) of the University of São Paulo (USP) which is a national and international reference for studies about violence related to childhood.

On my professional path, these are some examples of my achievements:

• Carried out a landholding regularization iniciative with a legal education team in one of the poorest community in São Paulo City, Paraisopolis, pimarily dedicated to Paulo Freire’sideas. Among all the interdisciplinary and strategic tasks, there wasa continuous dialogue with the Paraisopolis Directing Council on Housing, public agreement with the Municipality of São Paulo, research about collective condominium registry and threecollective adverse possession actions regarding hundreds of people from that community.
• Worked as partner and project manager with a high-quality work and a multidisciplinary team at Consultancy Pluraliza, specializing in inclusion and affirmative actions, with special emphasis on issues of gender, LGBT, ethnic-racial diversity, people with disabilities and those in socioeconomic vulnerability in general.I managed several small and large projects simultaneously forthe public, private and social organizations, providing services with dynamism and excellence in promoting diversity in the working environment, mainly through by training and improving internal and external policies.

• Gained skills in network articulation through a public position as legal adviser in a collaborative team of psychologists and social workers, mainly providing support, guidance and shelter to vulneral groups with diverse backgrounds. The positive results were achieved despite the limited public investiments and dedication in that area, through team meetings, municipal councils engajement, graduate course, and more, especially in the area of women defense. The network envolved dealing with all different kinds of national actors in public and private organizations.

It is possible to say that I have a consistent history of valuable experiences, flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work on several small and large projects simultaneously, which can be proven in the submitted resume.

Regarding acquired skills, I am confident that I can contribute not only professionaly, but also it is a personal satisfaction in contributing to human rights agenda.
