I am an Environmental Engineer graduated from Istanbul University-Turkey. I am mostly experienced on infrastructure subject; in water supply, sewerage and water networks and WWTPs. I gained experience in EU funded projects for FIDIC Yellow Book Design, ENNA contracts and wastewater treatment plants, KfW and ADB projects. I worked on various projects in Turkey, Russia, Libya, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Uzbekistan. I have deeply knowledge of infrastructure and water structures. My main skills are; General Management, Design Engineer, Scheduling, planning of works, Preparation and/or compilation of weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports, Meetings with Designer, Contractor, Employer and third parties if necessary, Correspondence with Designer, Contractor, Employer and third parties if necessary, Coordination of the inspectors and engineers activity on site and at the office, QA/QC system management, Check for approval of materials, equipment, suppliers, etc...,  Evaluate and reply to Contractor's submittals, Drawing up the documents: studies, tender documents, working drawings, technical assistance, Supervision of Civil, Architectural and partially Mechanical&Electrical works and I am very experienced in Technical office works
