I am a seasoned HIV and Development practitioner. My formal training qualifications include;

·        MSc in Big Data Analytics (Chinhoyi University of Technology),

·        MSc in Population Studies (University of Zimbabwe).

·        BSc honors degree in Psychology (University of Zimbabwe)

·        Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation (Stellenbosch University)

·        Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management (MANCOSA)

·        Post-Graduate Certificate in Research Methods (University of Zimbabwe).

I have more than 20 years of hands-on experience at national and international levels in, planning, driving, monitoring, and evaluating Public Health including SRH & HIV, OVC initiatives/ programmes in Zimbabwe, Botswana & Nigeria.

I have conducted the following assignments between June 2022 and April 2023;

·        UNICEF Namibia- Revision of the adolescent–friendly health standards,

·         Malaria consortium-Documentation of Malaria consortium to National Malaria programmes during the COVID period for Cambodia, Uganda and Nigeria,

·        UNAIDS Prevention Coalition- Technical support for the development and validation of the 28 Prevention Coalition member countries,

·        EGPAF HQ-Harmonization of the M&E indicators and frameworks for the Viiv Breakthrough project in Mozambique, Uganda, and Nigeria,

·        UNDP- train Community Systems Strengthening mentors and staff on electronic tools for the Community Led Monitoring (CLM) for one of their Sub-recipients in Zimbabwe.

I am very familiar with key donors such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Merck Company, GF, UN, PEPFAR, and EGPAF. I possess vast experience in managing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting HIV, and development programs and providing technical guidance to both NGO and state partners in Botswana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Nigeria.

My computer skills expertise relevant to the current assignment include   Python, SQL, SPSS, PowerBI, Excel, MsWord, Power-Point, Atlasi/ti, and STATA. I have published more than 25 manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals on public health, monitoring, and evaluation.

In addition, I have very good interpersonal and communication skills and am able to work independently and with people of different cultural and educational backgrounds. It is my strong belief that I have ample depth to be able to effectively deliver on this assignment, should my bid be successful. Above all, I am available to start work as soon as possible should I be selected for the position.
