In charge of the spiritual development of children from 3-22 years when due for completion.
Keep an open communication with the Church Partner Committee and Compassion.
Manage all programs at the project including all programmatic and financial activities at the project.
Develop and implement budgets and plans for the project in consultation with the project management board and staff.
Ensuring that the holistic child development takes effect in form of activities relating to the four development areas stipulated in the Program Field Manual.
Implements a curriculum that will ensure that learning activities promote the four areas of development
Carry out counseling for children and their caregivers whenever need arises.
Attends all Church Partner Committee meetings.
