▪ Competent and technical professional with more than seven-year relevant hands-on experience in UNDP programme management, project management, program design and its M & E

▪ Possess multidisciplinary MSc degree in Disaster Risk Management and Developmental study to provide both policy and management advisory services across a range of areas relevant to governance and rule of law.

▪ Excel at interfacing with government officials at all levels to ensure organizational goals are attained.

▪ Ability to understand and explains issues from the perspectives of professionals involved in public sector policy management and its oversight in the functional areas of public financial management, public management, human resource management, public policy formulation, public private partnerships, strategic development, and project appraisal, impact analysis and evaluation.

▪ Ability to think critically and express ideas clearly in writing and apply problem- solving skills by applying theory and theoretical models in practical situations

▪ Ability to manage my own work, including working effectively to deadlines, plan, organize and prioritize tasks

▪ Proactive approach to identifying partnership opportunities and communicating client needs to management for their attention to address these

▪ Ability to identify innovative approaches and best practices for use in similar contexts
