With over 20 years of progressively advancing experience in geotechnical engineering within the oil, gas, and mining industries, I specialize in the design, construction, and performance monitoring of embankments, dykes, dams, groynes, waste dumps/stockpiles, and MSE/Gabion walls. I served as Engineer of Record (EOR) for two out-of-pit tailings dams, two overburden water-retaining dams, one in-pit tailings dam .  also bring substantial experience in tailings pond closure, decommissioning, and soft deposit capping.

My expertise extends to project management, reviewing construction drawings, preparing technical specifications, numerical modeling, construction quality control and assurance, ground improvement, and the use of geosynthetic materials in various geotechnical structures. I have led numerous geotechnical investigations, including laboratory and field testing of soils, soft soils, dredged/hydraulic fills, and tailings, followed by design recommendations for bearing capacities, settlement, slope stability, seepage analysis, and liquefaction assessment. I am also experienced in preparing and technically reviewing plans, proposals, and reports. Additionally, I am proficient in GeoStudio Suite (Slope/W, Seep/W, Sigma/W) and CAD software
