Dorian Deaux is a professional drawing on his experience working in international and intergovernmental relations.

With a background in politics and management, he has undertaken positions with international organisations across the globe including the United Nations Headquarters (UNHQ) in New York City, the European Parliament in Brussels (EP), the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Geneva. He completed a work term with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montreal and with the United Nations Association in Canada (UNAC) in Ottawa as a Project Officer. In this role, he managed the development, implementation and evaluation of UNA-Canada’s educational programs for young leaders. He also worked for The Fraser Institute; an independent non-partisan research and educational organization, as well as the Doctors Without Borders providing assistance to those in need from various functions. He is currently collaborating with the partnerships team of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP).

He also has a keen interest in education, international and intergovernmental affairs, as well as policy making, research, project development and fundraising/partneships.

Dorian graduated on merit-based scholarship from the University of Sydney, Australia with a Master’s degree in Political Sciences and also holds a Master in Global Health and Disaster Medicins, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Public and Business Administration. He has also completed programmes at the London School of Economics (London, U.K), Erasmus University (Rotterdam, the Netherlands), Humboldt University (Berlin, Germany) and Concordia University (Montreal, Canada).
