For the past 17 years, I have worked in both rural and urban settings on issues related to child protection, quality education, GBV, livelihood development, youth economic empowerment, humanitarian response, SRHR, social cohesion, etc. Experience includes Business development*, proposal reviews, partner capacity assessment and development, partnership and grant management, PM&E, SBCC, community development, psychosocial counseling, advocacy, and networking. I have wide experience working with the parliamentarians, parliamentary caucus, CSOs, ministry of women and children affairs, ministry of labor and employment, department of social welfare, ministry of education, department of primary education, NGOAB, and policymakers in Bangladesh. I have facilitated over 300 capacity development trainings and provided support to staff and organizations in Bangladesh, India, and Nepal.
