- Senior Energy and Climate legal expert and consultant with a demonstrated history of working in international organisations showing expertise in energy market liberalisation, electricity market design, renewable energy, energy transition and carbon pricing
- Experienced Lawyer particularly skilled in European law, energy law (including renewables), climate law, competition law as well as regulatory, institutional and legal reforms related to energy and electricity market liberalisation.
- Specific experience supporting EU candidate and neighbour countries in the adoption and implementation of EU energy and climate acquis. Recent assignments include support to Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia in the implementation of the Electricity Market Integration Package, as well as support to Montenegro in improving carbon pricing design and to Georgia and Montenegro in transposing the Trans-European Networks for Energy (TEN-E) Regulation.

- Strong academic Background with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) focused on Energy law from the European University Institute (in Florence, Italy) and LL.M. from the Faculty of Law at Leiden University (the Netherlands).
