I am an experienced Grant Administrator, Finance and Programme Lead with over 5 years of experience working within different sectors and diverse teams including the European Union, British Council, and Sightsavers International. My work experience has been across the lines of both support and manager roles. I am proficient in the use of finance and collaboration software and tools including QuickBooks, Sage ERP, and Microsoft Office 365. Having completed my MBA in Finance from Coventry University and holding a BSc in Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, I have developed a strong foundation in financial management, project implementation, and organizational leadership. Additionally, I possess a diverse set of skills, including administration, effective communication, outstanding work ethics, strong interpersonal skills, data analytics, and time management.  I am eager to collaborate with teams in serving the community and making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we aim to support.
