Programme Manager: 

  • Responsible for development, management and effective implementation activities of the multi-year program of the CFOAC (Central Africa Ophthalmological Training Centre).
  • Maintains strong relationships with implementing partners.
  • Takes responsibility for ensuring that the CFOAC and the partners working according to the standards and values (Inclusive world/society for all) of CBM (Christian Blind Mission).
  • Supports resource mobilization, programming of purchases of CFOAC materials and equipment.

  • Collaborates closely with the CFO ensuring that the aspects programmatic and financial are complete.
  • Creates and review project budget plans and monitor performance projects against budget, ensuring adherence to guidelines and policies, and providing financial analysis.
  • Promotes the inclusion of people living with disabilities in the team of program.
