Senior IT Security Specialist

Ensure that all the incidents and service requests are properly recorded and documented in the ITSM,  Support the IT and Business Team of the 23 remote sites of the Central Bank,  Solve any incidents on business application escalated from the Banks of the Union (130),  Train users of West African and Monetary Union on business application,  Escalate all complex business application incidents and service requests to the vendor,  Managed Payment System Applications: SWIFT, E-Banking, RTGS and Depository system,  Inform the IT Director in case of major incident,  Elaborated daily/weekly and monthly reports of all the issues and incidents on Payment System for Managers
