Fundraising and Donor Relations

Manages complex donor portfolios and maintains strong relationships with key development partners including SDC, SECO, EC-EDF, ECHO, UNOCHA, UNTFHS, GIZ, and the Nordic donors. Responsibilities have encompassed proposal development, contract negotiation and management, adherence to procurement and reporting guidelines, and representation in high-level donor forums.

Extensive advisory experience with national ministries (e.g., Marine Resources and Fisheries in Eritrea, Industry in Laos), local government units in the Philippines, and grassroots producer associations across Southeast Asia.
