Program Coordination: coordinated teams across diverse sectoral programs (microfinance, circular economy, social health, education development, built environment); supervised project activities and oversaw local coordinators. Team-building activities.  Technical Coordination: provided technical support for slum upgrading and construction renovation projects of the NGO (construction, urban regeneration, resilient buildings).  Strategic Decision-Making: participated in decision-making processes within the NGO, facilitated the concept phase of new projects and diversification of funding.  Partnerships and Institutional Representation: fostered and managed relationships and engagement with partners and local institutions; managed relationships with donors, local authorities, and partner institutions.
