• Extensive experience designing and implementing Gender Action Plans, gender audits, and organizational diagnostics for government bodies and international organizations.
• Specialized in developing technical tools, training resources, policy briefs, and evaluation frameworks tailored to gender mainstreaming in public systems.
• Strong research background in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with publications in international journals and experience using SPSS, NVivo, ATLAS.ti, and gender statistics frameworks.
