HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Working with the HR manager to develop HR planning strategies which considers immediate and long-term staff requirements.
Maintain employee records (attendance, equal employment opportunity, data etc.) according to company policy and legal requirements.
Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, health and safety.
Developing and implementing policies on issues such as, working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
Develop and update attendance on the HIRS system.
Ensuring that staff get paid correctly and on a timely basis by making sure that attendance is promptly updated on the ERP system.
Assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Planning, delivering, training and onboarding new staffs.
Analyzing training needs in conduction with line managers.
Recruiting staff; developing job descriptions and person specification, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Resolving disputes and grievances among employees in the workplace.
Organizing periodic seminars on work ethics, sexual harassment and bullying in the workplace.
