I am an MBA holder and a CPA with over 15yrs work experience, 8yrs as Regional Head of Audit, Risk and Compliance with a global mandate of over 18 African countries. Currently I head the Risk and Compliance function and lead a team of Risk and Compliance Officers. I'm responsible for project wide Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance related advisory work that aims to strengthen internal controls and enhance staff capacity and awareness.

My role is to coordinate and ensure cross function collaboration, effective and consistent application of donor regulations, our Code of Conduct, Whistle-blower and Conflict of Interest and Fraud Investigation policies and procedures throughout PMI/JSI national operations.

I manage compliance reviews/audits, investigations, performance reviews, and other assessments that target to improve performance and reduce overall risk to the agency.

I lead and coordinate systems improvement initiatives and timely corrective actions and oversee implementation of adequate internal control procedures for effective stewardship and management of resources among others.
