Deputy head of direct financing

• Evaluate investment proposals for French Treasury loans (blended and concessional) and grants for projects in the health, sustainable infrastructure (transport and tourism), security sectors in emerging markets (+€100m of loans in 2022)
• Represent the French Treasury at the interministerial committee that examines the applications to provide a comprehensive brief including risk mapping, performance data, market research and macroeconomic indicators
• Lead structuring, pricing, execution and implementation of projects with multiple partners (banks, ECAs, firms, government agencies…)
• Design and implement French trade policy, and lead focus groups to enhance financial products
• Negotiate intergovernmental agreements and term sheets with beneficiary foreign countries
• Discuss partnerships to create synergies and define common action plans with multilateral financial institutions
• Develop and implement innovative financing instruments to address climate change and gender equality challenges
• Present French export credit financial solutions to firms, foreign authorities, financial institutions and other relevant stakeholders
