I am a Performance Evaluation Expert with 18 years of practical experience in socio-economic research in various sectors. I have conceptualised, developed, and managed complex projects and program M&E systems from an intervention’s start to end. I have coordinated M&E activities, including project performance reporting for leading international NGOs and government projects funded by USAID, DFID, EU, GIZ, CIDA, and SIDA, to mention but a few. Over the last 18 years, I have honed practical skills and experience in designing, conducting, and leading impact evaluations in the education, health, agriculture, nutrition, WASH, and energy sectors. I am a user and ardent advocate of participatory M&E techniques such as community mapping, rankings, scorecards, and focus group discussions, to mention a few. Further, I have successfully conducted M&E capacity-building training for M&E and non-M&E staff from different sectors. I have solid computer skills in Microsoft packages, online data collection platforms (SurveyCTO, SurveyGizmo, Tangerine, Open Data Kit), and statistical packages (SPSS, Epi Info, Epi data, Open Epi).
