The fund is partnership between the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the European Union, and the Government of Luxembourg. The purpose of this unique and game-changing fund, is to boost investments in rural and agricultural micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and farmers organizations by providing loans of below 1 million euros which is what most African small rural agri-businesses need to grow and continue delivering previously unavailable, inaccessible and unaffordable services to millions of smallholder farmers

• He is well versed in program management, financial intermediation, business and market linkages as well as development of business and strategic plans for both the upper end national and large size companies and the lower end SME’s.
• He has conducted various feasibility studies, built strategic and business plans, and implemented projects in agribusiness development and financing; Health; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene as well as on the production, processing and export potential of numerous products.
• He has the pedigree to manage Program/Technical Support departments/units to provide wide spectrum of advisory services to programs and projects.
