I am Ian Lewis Gichero, a dedicated and result-oriented Civil/Structural Engineer. I possess 5 years’ hands-on experience in design and construction of various infrastructure projects, namely, highways, buildings, highway-related structures, et cetera. I am adept at performing structural analysis and design, geometric design and pavement design. I am also conversant with performing structural integrity tests, analysing the results and eventually conducting a structural audit, having done so previously in a freelance capacity. I am also exposed to hydrological analysis and design of storm water and other hydraulic infrastructure. I have also performed traffic analysis and have prepared Traffic Impact Assessment reports. I am also a self-taught programmer, conversant in Python and also possess expertise on data analysis.
