❑ More than 19 years working on Monitoring & Evaluation issue; have expertise on developing logical
framework; M&E Framework; design tools of monitoring; conducting research and evaluation; good
knowledge on M&E Methodology
❑ Member of Indonesian Development Evaluation Community
❑ Has fluent written and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
❑ Have good interpersonalskills and is a quick learner, A good team player
❑ Highly motivated to work and reliable. Able to work under pressure
❑ Has good advocacy and negotiation skills in working with government departments, (district and local
communities’ levels
❑ Skilled in providing leadership in activities they are assigned, and good skill to be Facilitator and Trainer
