A former journalist who transitioned into the social impact sector with an aspiration to use my work and words to shape opinion, shift status quo and influence equity and inclusion with dignity. ASPIRATION I want to be a creator of ideas, a curator of knowledge and an architect of work that will leave a positive dent in the gender equity, women’s rights and feminist leadership landscape – be it through the projects I lead, the communication levers I use, the conversations I do or the connections I facilitate. More granularly, I want my work, my words, my knowledge, my efforts to be channelised towards benefitting women and their journeys of empowerment – in private and public spaces, in the workforce, in workplaces, in leadership and in governance.
