My career has been shaped by leading social and humanitarian projects across political uncertainty, social, economic and environmental crisises, in over 30 countries. Serving as a volunteer board member, and as a senior executive in the not-for-profit, government,  private, philanthropic, and innovation sectors, these experiences have deepened my ability for designing systems, structures, and behavioral transformations that foster healthy environments, vibrant ecosystems, and rewarding collaborations—ensuring that people thrive within their organizations.
