Maintain and develop sound accounting systems
 Establishing proper chart of accounts (COA), cost and profit Centers ( classes )
 Managing budget & cost control include implementing cost and profit centers for each division
 Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
 Budget preparation and periodic analyses of variance
 Develop policies and financing plans
Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk and serve for better
reporting system.
 Control and Follow-Up all finance documents
 Prepare financial reporting Including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
Supervise monthly payroll
• Supervise bank reconciliations, petty cash, expenses
